Anne Lew is an Attorney with Yorozu Law Group with significant experience in advising corporate clients in their transactions and tax matters. With additional expertise acquired through a Master of Laws degree in Taxation, Ms. Lew counsels corporations on how to structure transactions to minimize the tax effects, reviews tax treaties between countries, advises on tax withholding obligations of corporations in cross-border transactions, works with CPAs to determine how to transfer tangible and intangible assets in the most tax-efficient manner, in addition to advising on other domestic and international tax strategies.

Mami Honda
Mami Honda Meier supports the Yorozu Law Group Corporate Counseling practice by communicating with our corporate clients for corporate maintenance and annual report filings as well as assists attorneys in the Estate Planning Group on international estate administration matters. Ms. Honda Meier also handles the firm’s bookkeeping and invoicing matters. Prior to joining Yorozu, Ms. Honda Meier worked in the import/export sector, handling sales and international communications.
